The AI claims and BDX success system

Roci takes insurance claims & bordereaux in volume and manages them through to settlement and ingestion.

Claims are structured on arrival and read against the wording and endorsements at the date of loss. Roci finds the evidence gaps, reverts to the insured, builds the file, and supports through to completion.

Bordereaux are received en masse and (a) reviewed vs prior bordereaux and internal systems to validate reconciliation, (b) sense checked to confirm details have not been miskeyed and (c) if desired, checked against full underlying claims data for all rows in any file (confirming accuracy of both bordereau construction and handling of the underlying claims). Details that clearly do not match or seem off are packaged into an automatic response email to the sender to confirm.

All data reviewed, all decisions made, all checks performed at any point are fully recorded, structured and stored into internal systems so that they can be used to inform future processes and can be fully audited

This delivers materially faster settlement on claims, meaningfully improved accuracy on bordereau claim payouts and reserving, all the while providing improved data to be used for pricing and wording changes going forward.
